What You’ll Do
- Clinical Leadership: Act as the liaison between the Corporate Medical Director and regional Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), coordinating calls and strategic initiatives. Oversee LCSW training and implementation, ensuring high standards of care through ongoing education and support.
- Strategic Development: Stay informed on emerging healthcare delivery models and identify innovative strategies to achieve organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership to integrate behavioral health into CoreLife’s care model effectively.
- Professional Development: Create and manage professional development plans for direct reports and oversee recruitment and performance. Conduct regular site visits to monitor and adjust regional strategies as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of provider charts to ensure documentation and compliance with protocols. Provide support to LCSWs dealing with complex patient cases and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Additional Functions: Occasionally see patients, establishing individualized care plans and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams within the CoreLife model.
Who You Are
- Proven Experience: 7+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role with a proven track record in leading and coaching teams, and executing successful initiatives. Knowledge of the medical revenue cycle and experience treating patients with eating disorders.
- Current Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Clinical with experience in outpatient or clinical settings.
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Effective Communicator: Convey information clearly, adapt to different audiences, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and maintain professionalism while fostering engagement and trust to effectively interact and influence change.
- Critical Thinking Skills: Integrate facts, consider informed opinions, utilize active listening and observation to problem solve and make effective, collaborative decisions.
