Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Director of Behavioral Health to lead our Maryland Behavioral Health team. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of mental health care across the region, supporting and mentoring providers, and driving clinical excellence. You’ll play a key role in advancing access to behavioral health services, reducing clinical variation, and contributing to our mission to improve health outcomes through integrated care.

What You'll Do:

Provide leadership, training, and support for Behavioral Health providers across Maryland clinics
Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to patients (50% clinical, 50% administrative)
Develop and oversee clinical protocols and performance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective patient care
Interview, onboard, and mentor new providers
Support the implementation of innovative behavioral health programs
Serve on the Maryland leadership team and contribute to strategic planning
Cultivate academic and community partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
Unrestricted LCSW-C license (MD) and CPR certification
Minimum 2 years clinical experience and 2+ years of leadership experience
Skilled in CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, or related modalities
Strong understanding of integrated care, patient-centered approaches, and trauma-informed practices
Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
