🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | ~50% Clinical Care / ~50% Administrative

Are you a leader in medical exercise with a passion for clinical innovation and a heart for patient transformation? CoreLife is looking for a Director of Fitness to lead our Fitness services Pillar in North Carolina market.
This is not just a job — it's a leadership role at the forefront of integrated care. You’ll be responsible for elevating care quality, guiding a team of skilled fitness specialists, and ensuring consistency across our clinics while adapting to an ever-evolving healthcare landscape.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and support fitness specialists across the North Carolina market
Split your time between direct clinical care and strategic leadership/operations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes and business growth
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and quality of care across the region
Oversee and refine fitness service offerings to align with best practices and CoreLife standards
Conduct audits, support clinics on-site, and ensure team training and compliance
Drive innovation by seeking partnerships, integrating fitness programs, and contributing to research and development of care standards
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field (Required)
ACSM-EP or ASEP-EPC Certification (Required)
Current CPR/AED Certification (Required)
Experience & Skills
Strong background in clinical exercise and/or medical fitness programming
Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing a team
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
Tech-savvy with comfort in standard office and fitness equipment/software
Flexibility and adaptability in a changing healthcare environment
