Position Summary:
CoreLife is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Fitness to lead our Exercise service line across a designated region. This leader will ensure service quality, staff development, operational excellence, and alignment with CoreLife’s standards and patient-centered goals. The role combines direct patient care with regional leadership and strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Collaboration
- Function within a dyad leadership model with regional directors across clinical pillars.
- Ensure compliant and consistent exercise documentation.
- Build strong relationships with health system partners; contribute to population health initiatives.
- Participate in or lead patient support groups in collaboration with partner hospitals.
- Maintain open communication with clinic teams and leadership.
Data Analysis & Financial Management
- Collaborate to set KPIs and evaluate performance metrics.
- Analyze data on patient engagement and fitness program effectiveness.
- Monitor financial performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with operations and finance on budgeting and growth strategies.
Operational Oversight & Training
- Conduct regular clinic visits to assess and maintain service quality.
- Lead onboarding, mentoring, and evaluations for new Exercise Specialists.
- Represent CoreLife in clinical partnership events and community outreach.
- Provide support on complex patient cases.
- Allocate 50% of weekly time to direct patient care.
- Facilitate monthly regional team meetings.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor staff performance and clinical competency.
- Deliver continuing education and development opportunities.
- Participate in audits and execute improvement strategies.
- Produce and assess reports to drive ongoing program success
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
Licensure/Certification
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/AED Certification.
