Partnership Integration Director
We seeking a Partnership Integration Director to develop and manage strategic partnerships within the CoreLife system, specifically within the introductory and roll out phase. In this role, reporting directly to the COO, you'll focus on integrating services and programs to enhance patient care, improve operational efficiency, and foster collaboration among various stakeholders, including providers, payers, and community organizations. You'll be measured and evaluated by the seamless integration between CoreLife and the partnering organizations, which includes the timeliness of opening new clinics consistent with CoreLife's mission and vision.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Partnership Development: Upon successful finalization of agreement, work cross functionally with partners that align with organizational goals and enhance service delivery. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, community organizations, and health plans.
- Integration Planning and Execution: Lead the integration of new partnerships, ensuring alignment with existing services and operational workflows. Develop and implement integration plans that outline roles, responsibilities, and timelines for each partnership.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to promote cohesive delivery of CoreLife values and mission in-line with new partners Serve as a liaison between partner and internal departments to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities within new partnership.
- Accountability: Responsible for ensuring that all members regardless of position adheres to timelines and needs of new partners. Create and lead regular touch points with leaders across the organization to ensure timely completion of all key deliverables within partnership integration workplan
- Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets for partnership initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff involved in partnership initiatives, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote best practices in partnership integration.
Other Responsibilities: Additional project management and other desired mission specific deliverables during partnership downtime or at the request of senior leadership
What Qualifications You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare partnerships, program development, or community engagement.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement processes.
- Creative and critical thinking
- Strong comfortability in medical environment
- Interpersonal skills that establish productive working relationships with a multidisciplinary team and administrative support
- High level ability to use an electronic medical record
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form to patients, public, medical staff, and physicians
- Experience working in a diverse environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in ever changing medical environment
